“Tell Me More”
-
We offer a range of solutions designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling something bigger. Everything is tailored to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Every class is 60 minutes long and led by a certified coach. A standard session looks like this:
• Warm-up (10 mins): General and workout-specific movements to get your body moving.
• Skill or Strength (15–20 mins): Working on a specific lift (like squats) or a gymnastics skill.
• The WOD (15–20 mins): The "Workout of the Day"—high intensity, fast-paced, and varied.
• Cool-down (5 mins): Stretching and recovery.
-
We don’t just throw you in at the deep end. The best way to start is by grabbing one of our introductory offers, or by booking a drop-in. To help you build confidence, we also run dedicated Beginners Classes in specific timeslots. These sessions are designed to teach you the core movements safely and at a manageable pace before you jump into the main timetable.

No. We require only one month’s notice of intent to cancel, unlike many larger gym contracts out there.

CrossFitters love an acronym. Here is a quick cheat sheet so you aren't left scratching your head on day one:
• WOD (Workout of the Day): The main workout of the class.
• AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible): Complete a circuit as many times as you can within a set time limit.
• EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute): Perform a specific exercise at the start of every minute, then rest for the remainder of that minute.
• Rx (As Prescribed): Doing the workout exactly as written, without scaling the weights or movements down.
-
• Wear: Comfortable, breathable gym kit. Flat-soled trainers (like training or lifting shoes) are much better than cushioned running trainers for lifting weights.
• Bring: A water bottle. We provide all the specialized equipment.

Yes! We welcome people of all levels of experience to come and purchase a drop-in to try out the gym.
-
Yes. We specialise in working with athletes around their limitations as well as their strengths. We enjoy the process of safely getting an athlete back to movement following injury, providing scaling and progressions that will improve strength (and therefore injury outcomes) as well as working to an intensity appropriate for each individual’s circumstances.
Movement is medicine.
